And it is the end of day 10 of the juicing challenge. I have been eating quite a lot today, feeling full nearly the whole time, but did have two filling juices – in the morning and evening, using up nearly every last bit of the organic vegetables and fruits I had. Feeling indeed quite detoxified but heavy as well, being back on solid food. Definitely gonna keep up juicing at least once a day to nourish meself. Has been a wonderful experience. Maybe I’ll even sort of continue it over the Easter as I’m gonna have plenty of time, but not that good access to organic veggies and fruits…. hmm. In any event, JUICING IS AMAZING! And everyone should try it! Even if only once a day or so, it feeds you so well! And helps for getting rid of diseases/conditions that are caused by the environment/lifestyle. Just give it a try, you don’t even need much of a special equipment, I mean, I did do it by hand for two days I think, so no excuses, GET JUICING! šŸ˜€

2 oranges
1/2 lemon
bit of ginger

I do love beetroot but that was a bit too much, do add an extra orange if you have one spare! šŸ™‚Ā

DEEEElicious! Seriously guys šŸ˜€ Ginger just gives the extra something to juices, all the juices, apple is sweet and sour and lemon is just amazing šŸ˜€ Love apples! omnomnomnomnom. So I reckon that was a really nice juice to officially end this juicing challenge with. Also a nice addition was the chance of getting to share this with a good friend šŸ™‚Ā
