Sorry for not writing this post yesterday, it was just a looong day and I could not be bothered trying to remember what I put in the juices.

Breakfast:

8 lettuce leaves (yes, I counted :D)
2 celery sticks
1/2 cucumber
1 apple
2 pears
1/2 lemon
piece of ginger

Green, foamy and delicious. A good start for a day. 🙂

Lunch:

I’m afraid I forgot to take photo as I made over a litre of it and poured it to a bottle and ran off to work with it, but it looked dark purple-ish and here’s the recipe:

4 big beetroots
5 carrots
3 oranges
1 lemon
bigger piece of ginger

It tasted really nice, yes, but after having drinking it since early afternoon, I was so sick and tired with it by 6pm that I was rather starving than drinking that. So I was reallly looking forward to my dinner after work!

Dinner:

2 handfuls of lettuce
1/2 cucumber
2 courgettes
1 apple
3 pears
1/2 lemon
piece of ginger

Rightfully something to look forward to! T’was great! Sufficiently enough to fill my stomach (and boy did I feel it filling up) and get me going till the morning. 🙂 

So that’s me for yesterday. Will be on time with today’s recipes!
